Role Overview

As a Principal Analyst in the Market Insights business process, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and data integrity. This senior-level position demands deep expertise in executing BAU production tasks—such as data coding, matching, and quality checks—while also leading team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.

What You Will Do

Perform advanced data coding, data matching, and transformation tasks. Run thorough quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Audit the applied stakeholder-requested changes to datasets with precision. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data outputs as per SLAs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or market insights

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in team coordination, mentoring, and workload management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
