Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing qualified lead volume and sales pipeline. You will be the first touchpoint for prospects interested in NielsenIQ solutions and will set the tone for the sales cycle following. You will work autonomously while also building solid working relationships with cross-functional team members and sales.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting via email, social, and phone, supporting in-person and virtual events, and maintaining accurate CRM records of all lead and prospecting activities.

Requirements
- University degree plus at least 1 year of sales or complimentary experience
- Professional experience on a customer-focused performance-driven, high-growth, fast-paced sales, service, or marketing team
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities
- Excellent researching and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as Salesloft, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Exceptional ability to actively listen to, and effectively communicate with, prospects and customers
- Team player with a positive attitude, composure under pressure, and willingness to think out of the box to drive results
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality
- Sound time management and organizational skills
