Role Overview

The Director, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer will design Nightfall’s revenue operations and GTM engineering function from scratch, owning pipeline management, forecasting, quota setting, territory design, and reporting. They will partner with the CRO/CEO on GTM planning and headcount modeling.

Responsibilities include revenue operations, GTM engineering & systems, data & analytics, process & enablement, and cross-functional partnership.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity, and be a hands-on technical builder with experience in Salesforce, SQL, APIs, and AI/LLM tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Hands-on technical builder with experience in Salesforce, SQL, APIs, and AI/LLM tools
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM role
  • Strong analytical foundation with bottoms-up revenue models, quota frameworks, and pipeline forecasting
  • Fast learner who moves between strategic framing and tactical execution easily
  • Bachelor’s degree required
