Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance is a valuable contributor on our dynamic Global Finance team helping to deliver financial insights & reports to the CFO & Converse Leadership team.

What You Will Do

Delivering actionable financial insights to move the Converse business forward, developing and maintaining financial models, and delivering financial analysis to support leadership decision making.

The candidate needs to have extensive experience in financial modeling and requires expert Excel skills, in addition to the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, strategic planning, economics or related field, minimum 3 years of professional experience in a business-related field and/or budgeting at a Fortune 500 company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, strategic planning, economics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a business-related field and/or budgeting at a Fortune 500 company
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of P&L structure, accounting fundamentals, and month-end close mechanics
• High attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment with agility, curiosity, and passion to create extraordinary value
• Strong ability to communicate complex and/or challenging topics and concepts
• Strong ability to pivot between financial analysis and business partnership activities
• Client service attitude and ability to exercise high degree of professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple and changing processes and priorities
• Process and detail-oriented with the ability to think holistically and strategically
• Innate desire to continuously explore, learn, and exercise intellectual curiosity
• Ability to create/deliver influential presentations
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• SAP, BI, Tableau experience preferred
• Experience in retail or manufacturing industry preferred
