Role Overview

The GTM Tech Stack & Enablement Manager owns the infrastructure and adoption of the company’s go-to-market technology stack, ensuring teams are trained, confident, and productive using the tools.

What You Will Do

Design and maintain integrated workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, drive revenue architecture initiatives, and develop AI-driven workflows to improve GTM execution and reduce manual operational overhead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Business Systems Engineering
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing complex GTM technology ecosystems
• Strong hands-on experience building automation workflows and integrating business systems
• Experience implementing or operationalizing AI-enabled workflows within GTM or operational environments
