Role Overview
As a Data Scientist within the Employer & Advisor chain, you will provide information to the business within this chain, analyzing data and translating it into business and strategic advice. You will work together with the Data Steward to improve data quality and contribute to the vision formation.
What You Will Do
Performing complex data analyses, developing new reports, and proactively investigating patterns in data through statistical analyses and models. You will also advise the MT of the chain based on the insights found and contribute to vision formation.

Requirements
- HBO/WO level of thinking
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Data Scientist
- Beta study completed such as Econometrics, Technical Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or other relevant studies
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python, R, and SQL
- Ability to handle statistics and data analysis well
- Customer-oriented
