Role Overview

Join NN Romania as a Salesforce Administrator / Configurator to contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. The role involves configuring and maintaining Salesforce components, supporting users and business stakeholders, and collaborating with technical teams.

What You Will Do

Administer the Salesforce platform, configure and maintain Salesforce components, maintain data quality, manage Salesforce incidents and requests, and support release and deployment activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, solid knowledge of Salesforce administration, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce administration, user and data management, the security model, reports, dashboards, and Flow monitoring and debugging
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Experience with DevOps and version control tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
• Experience with Visual Studio Code and/or other environments used for working with Salesforce metadata
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
