NoGigiddy is a digital platform that connects gig workers and side hustlers with earning opportunities. We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to run experiments, optimize funnels, and find paths to acquiring and retaining users.

Requirements

• Design and run growth experiments across channels
• Analyze user acquisition funnels and identify drop-off points
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows for conversion
• Manage referral programs and virality loops
• Collaborate with content, social, and paid teams
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key growth metrics
• Report on experiment results and scale what works
