NoGigiddy is a digital platform for gig workers and side hustlers. We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to run experiments, optimize funnels, and find paths to acquiring and retaining users.

Requirements

• No degree required
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
• Curiosity and a test-and-learn mentality
• Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and basic funnel analysis
• Comfortable with marketing tools — email platforms, ad dashboards, or CRMs
• Self-managed and results-obsessed
