We are looking for a motivated and corporate-oriented Junior Business Development Executive / Sales & Growth Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to support business expansion efforts through lead generation, client communication, and market research.

Requirements

  • Research and identify companies aligned with NOK HC target markets and services.
  • Assist in identifying decision-makers and collecting accurate contact details.
  • Upload and update client information on the CRM system.
  • Support the Sales & Growth team by sharing qualified leads.
  • Conduct outreach activities including emails, calls, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
  • Support sales pipeline activities by qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and updates related to lead generation and business development activities.
