Requirements
- Research and identify companies aligned with NOK HC target markets and services.
- Assist in identifying decision-makers and collecting accurate contact details.
- Upload and update client information on the CRM system.
- Support the Sales & Growth team by sharing qualified leads.
- Conduct outreach activities including emails, calls, and LinkedIn networking.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
- Support sales pipeline activities by qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports and updates related to lead generation and business development activities.
