Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic students to work as trainees in our strategy-, business development and market intelligence teams at Nokia Technology Standards. The duration of the internship is about a year, with starting dates from the end of 2026 to summer 2027.
What You Will Do
As a trainee, your tasks will revolve around market analysis, company research, and business development in the realm of technology. You will support strategy and licensing projects by conducting analyses and creating presentations.

We will invite top candidates to a one-round interview process, also consisting of a pre-task which you will be asked to present in the interview.
Requirements
- Collect and analyse information about markets in the industries where our licensees operate and in potential new licensing verticals
- Analyse individual companies as potential licensees
- Create presentation materials for strategy, market updates, decision-making and licensing negotiations
- Draw insights from data and perform other tasks related to strategy creation, business development, or market / business intelligence
