Role Overview
As a Director, Sales Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the evolution, effectiveness, and scalability of our sales organization. You will lead the strategies, processes, technologies, and performance frameworks that enable sustainable growth, improve productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
What You Will Do
You will provide strategic leadership across Sales Operations, Technology & AI Enablement, Lead Generation, and Growth Strategy Execution. You will partner closely with sales leaders and key stakeholders to optimize sales performance, streamline operations, drive technology adoption, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements
- University Degree, College Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, or related leadership roles
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with responsibility for strategic initiatives and team management
- Experience implementing technology solutions and driving operational transformation
- Demonstrated experience with performance metrics, analytics, process optimization, and growth initiatives
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, AI-enabled technologies, sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Insurance industry experience
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
