Role Overview
The Manager 3, Business Development – Strategy & Program Development is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise strategy, program development, and new business growth opportunities.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow the opportunity pipeline through strategic customer outreach and targeted campaign planning, oversee all aspects of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP), and develop briefings, white papers, and RFI responses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience
- Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience
- PhD with 4 years’ experience
- Minimum 10 years’ military experience with operational bomber time
- Knowledge of Department of War and U.S. Navy procurement and acquisition processes
- Demonstrated experience with mission requirements
- Proven track record in leading / developing winning strategies and tactics to win
- Experience leading and mentoring cross functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time
