Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your job is to create a great first impression, guide the customer through the early stages of the buying process, build trust, gather information, and set the deal up for success. You are the foundation of the sale, but not responsible for closing the deal alone.

What You Will Do

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner, build rapport and create a comfortable, low-pressure experience, learn about the customer’s needs using our proven process, help customers select and test drive the right vehicle, present initial pricing and guide the early steps of the deal, collect credit applications and key information, set proper expectations and ‘plant seeds’ for a smooth close, follow up with customers and stay engaged throughout the process, generate your own opportunities using the tools we provide, work as part of a team to maximize results.
