Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst Service Lines Sr., you will conduct moderate to complex financial analysis and modeling projects, serve as a subject matter expert for designated service lines, and act as the primary point of contact for operational leaders.

You will lead and plan financial analysis projects, develop and implement financial strategies, and build relationships with key operational leaders to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- B.S. degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Five (5) + years of financial analysis experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, Excel, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools
- In-depth knowledge of financial statements and key drivers
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amount of information
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Willingness to provide mentorship to Associate Financial Analysts
