Role Overview

The Director – Financial Planning & Analysis will develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy for the Nova Service Group and its subsidiaries. The role will involve preparing and presenting financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to the management team, analyzing financial performance, and developing financial reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial control, or financial planning.
• At least 8 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar position.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation, large enterprise, or complex organization with multiple subsidiaries is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budget Planning & Control, Cash Flow & Treasury Management, Financial Modeling & Forecasting, Business Performance & Investment Analysis.
• Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive financial management system, control budgets, and develop strategic financial plans.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in English, with a strong strategic thinking, analytical, and risk management skills.
