Role Overview

The Associate Director, Enterprise Marketing Partnerships will manage select external partner relationships and collaborate across agency and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable consumer and patient impact through sports, cultural, advocacy, and nonprofit partnerships.

Key responsibilities include evaluating partnership opportunities, shaping partnership strategy, executing across priority partnerships, navigating internal reviews, and supporting team hospitality planning and activation execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least five years of experience in partnership marketing, integrated marketing, or sponsorship activation
  • Two years of experience managing complex programs across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort navigating cross-functional teams and agency partners
