Lead end-to-end financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic forecasting across Novartis’ global Digital, Data and Information Technology organization.

Translate complex data into actionable insights, partner with senior Finance and DD&IT leaders worldwide, and help shape investment decisions that accelerate digital innovation for patients globally.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
- Significant Financial Planning and Analysis experience supporting global, matrixed organizations
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance analysis
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating financial insights to senior leaders
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal reporting authority
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex deliverables and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate ambiguity, and deliver against demanding deadlines
