Join a newly established Business Development team in Malaysia to pioneer commercial partnerships that expand access to life-changing diabetes and obesity treatments.

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree in a medical or business field (MBA is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of client facing experience in the field (within pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is preferred)
  • 2 years or more of experience as a Business Development / Product Manager/ Sales Manager preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex partnership landscapes and build relationships with diverse external partners
  • Commercial acumen to assess partnership feasibility, analyze pricing initiatives, and identify drivers of value
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while keeping your team and leadership informed
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (in addition, local language will be an added advantage)
  • Patient and science orientation with a competitive focus on delivering results
