Requirements
- Relevant academic degree in a medical or business field (MBA is a plus)
- At least 3 years of client facing experience in the field (within pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is preferred)
- 2 years or more of experience as a Business Development / Product Manager/ Sales Manager preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex partnership landscapes and build relationships with diverse external partners
- Commercial acumen to assess partnership feasibility, analyze pricing initiatives, and identify drivers of value
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while keeping your team and leadership informed
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (in addition, local language will be an added advantage)
- Patient and science orientation with a competitive focus on delivering results
