Role Overview

As Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will lead HCP marketing for the portfolio across Peru, Ecuador, and Uruguay. You will turn market insight into clear positioning and concrete plans, then take them from strategy to execution.

What You Will Do

You will own the HCP marketing strategy and its delivery for the portfolio, combining strategic choices with hands-on, end-to-end responsibility.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will work in a role where ownership is real: you shape the strategy, the plan, and the results.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Solid experience in brand or portfolio marketing, including building and steering strategy.
  • The ability to turn market insights into positioning plans and concrete actions.
  • Experience managing a budget and monitoring business performance, including sales and market share.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or OTC industry, especially working with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Advanced English: you can present, write, and hold professional conversations with confidence.
  • Strategic thinking and the drive to execute, with agility, ownership, and accountability for results.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to innovate and experiment.
