Role Overview
Lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms, acting as a bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers.
What You Will Do
Understand healthcare client workflows, architect AI-native solutions, define data and process models, drive roadmap alignment, and present solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Requirements
- 10+ years in Healthcare
- Go-to-Market experience with a strong understanding of large deal structuring
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS
- Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
- Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on
