Business Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves coordinating with IT Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather operational and project data, and performing advanced Excel-based analysis.

What You Will Do

Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations, and track delivery KPIs, resource utilization, project status, risks, and dependencies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, Delivery Dashboards or similar roles, and strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, Delivery Dashboards or similar roles
• Strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, VBA preferred)
• Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive reporting
• Experience with Power BI is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and coordination skills
