Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong Business Analysis capabilities to play a pivotal role in our large-scale enterprise data modernization program.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include data mapping & design, legacy-to-cloud translation, data quality & validation, and technical end-to-end governance. Secondary responsibilities include requirement elicitation, domain alignment, and stakeholder facilitation.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data migration, or data-heavy business analysis roles within the Property & Casualty (P&C) / General Insurance domain
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Hands-on experience working on large enterprise modernization and cloud migration programs
- Exceptional analytical ability to dissect legacy code or feeds and structure them into modern data lake environments
