Marketing & Growth Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for contributing to the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of inbound and outbound marketing activity. They will work with the Hungarian leadership team to direct the development of country marketing programs and assess existing and potential markets.

What You Will Do

The role involves planning and implementing marketing demand generation campaigns to grow the pipeline and revenue in Hungary. This includes managing campaign materials, working with the Sales Enablement team, and reviewing and reporting on pipeline generation and revenue.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in a marketing team with a focus on demand generation campaigns
• Experience of marketing automation tools and campaign implementation
• Experience with data-led campaign planning, segmentation, and leveraging propensity to buy modelling
• Capacity to execute a wide variety of marketing programs from demand generation to sales enablement
• Campaign measurement and impact reporting
• Experience with Salesforce.com and PowerBI ideally
• Experience of event organization and management
• Fluent in Hungarian and strong capabilities in the English language
