Platforms Go-To-Market Director, North America

Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a Platforms Go-To-Market Director, North America to lead the regional commercialization and growth of our Global Assets portfolio. The Director will translate global strategy into an actionable North American go-to-market plan, connecting client needs, market insights, product capabilities, sales execution, and delivery to generate sustainable revenue and measurable client value.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading the annual go-to-market strategy and operating plan for the Global Assets portfolio across North America, translating global priorities into regional plans, creating a repeatable GTM framework, aligning regional sales teams, and conducting regular business reviews.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting, enterprise software, digital solutions, product marketing, sales, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in software product presales, product sales, or go-to-market execution.
• Demonstrated success developing and leading GTM, product commercialization, or market-entry strategies.
• Experience managing complex enterprise opportunities from identification through negotiation and closing.
• Experience translating customer and market insights into product requirements, positioning, and commercialization plans.
• Experience working across product, marketing, development, sales, presales, and delivery functions.
• People management experience leading managers and/or individual contributors.
• Experience operating within a large, global, or highly matrixed organization.
