Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Events Manager Contractor to build and manage our corporate and field events program. This role will ensure thorough preparation, seamless coordination, and effective execution for all events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage major industry events such as RSA, Black Hat, and Gartner Security Summit, as well as field and partner events that drive brand awareness and pipeline contribution.
  • Oversee all aspects of event management and logistics to ensure high-quality execution of marketing, branding, and communications.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop booth graphics, email templates, and event collateral.
  • Develop strong relationships with sales teams and channel partners to create tailored activities that drive revenue.
  • Work and communicate effectively with executive and senior-level management.
  • Support key internal events, including Sales Kick-Offs and Advisory Councils.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop event messaging, collateral, and demo materials.
  • Conduct post-event analysis, budget recaps, and collect internal and client feedback to enhance future event planning.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in events management (experience in cybersecurity events is a plus).
  • Exceptional budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
  • Ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and execute resourcefully.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
