Role Overview
The Construction Financial Analyst supports the Nucor Construction team and Division capital project teams through construction project cost analysis. This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with internal teammates and external subcontractors, project budget reporting, and analyzing contractor data for performance.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include project budget reporting, project estimate vs. actual variance analysis, maintaining the current estimate at completion, contract and productivity analysis, and developing and maintaining performance tracking reports and dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
- Five or more years of relevant construction or capital project financial analysis experience
- Project controls or cost management experience on large capital construction projects greater than $50 million
- CPA, CMA, or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Construction Management
- Experience using Oracle EBS
- Experience with dashboard development in PowerBI or other business intelligence tools
