We are searching for an Inside Sales Manager & Performance Coach to develop, mentor and scale our dedicated and high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales ideally in luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or high-end hospitality
- 5 years of experience managing and leading teams in a sales environment or a role with a strong focus on driving performance and KPIs
- Natural coach with a strong, motivating presence
- Fiercely metrics-driven with a deep passion for sales, conversion rates, and KPIs
- Pro at designing and delivering impactful training programs
- Outstanding listening capabilities and comfortable guiding a team through sensitive or vulnerable client conversations
- Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing a hybrid team (on-site and remote)
