Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst II to support our Finance department by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting financial data while ensuring adherence to sound accounting principles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with service line leaders, prepare financial reports, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
What You Will Do
Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets, and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas. Act as key finance partner that prepares and presents financial performance reporting, variance drivers, metrics and other insights to market and service line leaders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial reporting and strong analytical skills
- Experience with Power BI or data analytics tools preferred
- FP&A or similar certification is a plus
