Role Overview
The role is a Services Provider (MSP) Systems Engineer that provides technical Presales support to MSP sellers and partners, addressing inquiries and facilitating solutions. The team is focused on delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to service providers across the Americas.
What You Will Do
Provide technical Presales support, conduct proposal development and sizing, organize and manage proof of concepts, collaborate with specialists and internal teams, build and maintain strong relationships, achieve performance metrics, and support team growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of presales experience in the Service Provider space or Systems Integrators and 10 years of customer-facing and/or technical experience
- Strong networking and virtualization skills
- Experience with public cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of storage technologies and multi-tenancy architectures
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and application blueprinting technologies (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- Understanding of cloud-native technologies and security practices
- Confident public speaking and exceptional relationship-building skills
