Transform internal business data and external market intelligence into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, strategic decision-making, and profitable growth across North America.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, market intelligence, sales operations, strategic planning, or a related analytical role within a B2B environment
- Experience analyzing sales performance, profitability, pricing, customer performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting environments
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), and analytical tools
- Experience driving projects, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business actions
