Role Overview

Responsible for connecting enterprise data, field operations, agronomy, and digital supply chain capabilities to drive informed decision-making, operational excellence, and business transformation. Partners with various teams to improve processes, unlock new business value, and drive enterprise adoption of digital capabilities.

What You Will Do

Model safety, partner with teams, identify trends, support leadership, lead data stewardship, enable integration, optimize digital workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, support development of digital supply chain capabilities, improve transparency, support trial and innovation programs, evaluate emerging technologies, translate trial results, support continuous improvement, build partnerships, serve as a trusted advisor, lead change management.

Why It Might Be a Fit

8+ years of experience, experience with QGIC and SMS required, project management experience preferred, certified crop advisor certification and current pesticide application license preferred.
