Role Overview
The FP&A DPS Senior Financial Analyst will support overall FP&A activities across assigned GS functions in support of the Orthopaedics Business and other strategic projects. The role will provide financial planning and analysis support, drive standardization and streamline reporting, and administer financial policies and control procedures.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing financial planning and analysis support, project cost & headcount tracking, managing cost centers, variance explanations, actuals closing processes, and financial reporting activities. The role will also help prepare presentation of materials for reviews and support ad-hoc projects for continuous process improvements.

Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
- MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent
- Prior FP&A experience and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
- Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
- Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record and intellectual curiosity
- Knowledge of data analytics software (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau)
