Role Overview

The Senior Principal Platform Engineer will serve as the global technical leader for the Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform supporting Sales, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and Professional Relations & Operations (PR&O). The role is based in Raritan, New Jersey.

The person will translate product strategy and business priorities into an executable platform architecture, establish engineering standards across delivery teams and partners, and ensure that each release strengthens a durable global platform rather than creating isolated solutions.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products, platforms, or distributed systems
• 7 or more years as a lead architect, principal engineer, platform engineer, or engineering leader accountable for architecture and technical strategy
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, extensibility, integration, data models, security, release management, and platform operations
