Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, or related commercial roles
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs
• Strong understanding of demand generation, campaign management, and lead nurturing strategies
• Experience working with sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing and business performance data
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Data Centers, Infrastructure, Industrial Technology, Electrical Solutions, or related B2B markets preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel within EMEA as required
