Digital Marketing Manager – SEO, Web & AI Visibility

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow our digital presence across search engines, AI/LLM platforms and our website. You will work closely with content writers, product marketers, designers, developers and the wider marketing team to make our website and organic presence a strong driver of growth.

What You Will Do

Own and execute our SEO strategy, drive our AI/LLM visibility, manage and continuously improve our marketing website, own the technical SEO roadmap, work with content writers to develop and optimize SEO-driven content, and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, growth marketing or a similar role
• Strong expertise in SEO, including technical SEO
• Hands-on experience managing and improving websites and CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of website architecture, search intent, content optimization and organic growth
• Experience working cross-functionally with content, product marketing, design and social
• Genuine interest in AI, LLMs and the future of search
• Analytical, curious and highly execution-oriented
• Fluent in English. German and other languages are a plus
• Experience with LLM visibility / GEO / AI SEO
• Content writing or editorial experience – a plus
• Experience managing content writers
• Experience with working with freelancers / agencies for backlinks while remaining the internal lead executor (must)
• Design skills – a plus
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, startup or rapidly growing company
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
