Role Overview

Oasis In-Home Care is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to help connect individuals and families with their services. The role involves building relationships, growing community presence, and representing Oasis at events.

What You Will Do

The primary focus will be growing community presence, developing referral relationships, attracting new clients, and representing Oasis at events and throughout the service area.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Initiative, dependable follow-through, and ability to organize schedule and manage outreach activities
• Welcoming, professional approach and interest in supporting individuals and families who need care at home
• Comfort using email, calendars, CRM system, and basic tools to track contacts, referrals, and follow-up
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area
