Trade Finance Operations Officer (1yr contract)

Role Overview

Manage daily trade finance transaction processing with strict adherence to Service Level Indicators (SLIs), ensuring excellent customer service, effective risk controls, and compliance with AML regulations and internal policies.

What You Will Do

Process and supervise daily trade finance transactions, resolve document discrepancies, follow up on acceptances, payments, dishonoured documents, and record transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Fresh Diploma/ University graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with commodities trade LCs and SWIFT message types preferred
• Experience in AML, risk, and TBML screening is a bonus
• Project management experience in trade finance is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, discretion, and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
