FP&A Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to develop financial models, projections, and viability analyses to support strategic decisions, investments, and corporate directions.

The person will be responsible for transforming business premises into consistent financial scenarios, evaluating impacts on results, cash generation, profitability, and company value, providing support to senior management in decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, economics, accounting sciences, production engineering, or related areas
• Post-graduate degree or MBA in corporate finance, control, financial planning, business management, or related areas
• Solid experience in financial planning, FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas
• Experience in building and developing financial models
• Consistent knowledge of long-term financial planning
• Experience with financial projections, scenario analysis, and sensitivity
• Advanced knowledge of corporate finance concepts, investment evaluation, and economic-financial viability analysis
• Knowledge of financial statements (DRE, balance sheet, and cash flow)
• Advanced Excel skills, especially for financial modeling
