Role Overview
The Financial Analyst works under general supervision to examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. The role involves retrieving back-up documents, submitting revenues, and processing transactions.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for post deposits and expenditures transactions, updating and balancing ledgers, completing and submitting bank reconciliations, and processing customers’ payments. They will also monitor and analyze outstanding accounts receivable, conduct collections, and ensure documents are compiled with monthly agency sales tax information.

The ideal candidate will have 30 months of experience or training in accounting and/or finance, including an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- 30 months of experience or training in accounting and/or finance
- Intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software
- Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
