Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a Financial Analyst to perform accounting duties, conduct reconciliations, and ensure compliance with ARs, policies, and reporting standards. The role involves working under the direction of the Financial Associate Supervisor for the Cashiers Office operations.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will perform complex reconciliations, prepare and process financial statements, analyze accounting records, and research transaction errors. They will also perform cash transactions, administer accounts, and maintain files.

Requirements

• 30 months of experience in accounting and finance, including intermediate-level experience in spreadsheet software
• completion of an undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 12 months of experience as a Financial Associate
