Role Overview

The Senior Art Director, Demand Gen will lead visual concepting and end-to-end art direction for integrated campaigns across Okta’s core solution pillars, shaping the creative experiences that engage enterprise decision-makers and drive pipeline growth.

What You Will Do

The Senior Art Director, Demand Gen will lead campaign art direction, direct end-to-end digital systems, partner on growth strategy, iterate with performance data, scale brand guidelines in performance channels, build reusable design toolkits, and foster creative collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of art direction or senior visual design experience
• proven focus on multi-channel digital campaigns, demand generation, or performance creative within B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or top-tier digital agencies
• comprehensive portfolio showcasing sophisticated typography, visual hierarchy, layout design, and modular creative systems across digital touchpoints
• advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• UX/UI best practices, digital visual hierarchy, mobile-first design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies
• comfort reviewing performance metrics, understanding A/B testing frameworks, and using data to inform creative iteration
• strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and strategic thinking clearly to marketing executives, product teams, and cross-functional partners

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $143,000—$196,000 USD (San Francisco Bay area)
• Annual base salary range: $128,000—$176,000 USD (California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington)
