Lead / Expert, Ecosystem Growth

Role Overview

Join our global Web3 Growth Team to support global growth and ecosystem development and broader Web3 initiatives. This is a global role working closely with Product, Business, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities at the intersection of Web3 and traditional financial assets.

What You Will Do

Define and drive global growth strategies for Web3 products and ecosystem initiatives, support user adoption, ecosystem development, and sustainable business growth. Partner with global teams to identify priority market and ecosystem opportunities, build and maintain relationships with industry participants, and develop a strong understanding of user needs and market trends.

6+ years of experience across financial services, FinTech, internet, Crypto/Web3, or related industries. Strong understanding of the broader Web3 ecosystem, relevant experience across Growth, Product Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem roles, and excellent commercial communication, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across financial services, FinTech, internet, Crypto/Web3, or related industries
• Strong understanding of the broader Web3 ecosystem
• Relevant experience across Growth, Product Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem roles
• Strong product and user mindset, with the ability to translate user needs and market opportunities into growth strategies
• Excellent commercial communication, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to independently drive complex initiatives in a global, multicultural, and fast-moving environment
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly accountable
• Fluent English with the ability to work effectively with global teams and external partners
