Principal/Senior Product Manager, Growth

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven growth strategy, and data analysis with experience in growth hacking, go-to-market planning, localization strategy, and the crypto industry preferred.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products, identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments, use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives, analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making, use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources, develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features.

At least 3 years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field, strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures, strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis, experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred, excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of top 100 universities in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, marketing, finance) preferred.
