FP&A Manager

Role Overview

Olive & June is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis processes. This role is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to grow their strategic finance skills within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

The FP&A Manager will assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes, develop and maintain integrated financial models, and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles
• Experience working at a startup, emerging growth company, or high-growth organization
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems expertise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
