Role Overview
This role is responsible for performing financial and business analysis to track and report on the financial performance of the SIS R&D business. The individual assists in performing reporting and consolidation activities for the month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the management of the financials.
What You Will Do
Assist in consolidating month-end close, forecast, and budgeting processes for SIS R&D function, analyze departmental operating expense results, and present results with Business Owners.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus) or equivalent work experience required.
- Demonstrate Analytical Thinking.
- Ability to analyze data to extract insights and inform decisions.
- Strong business communication skills, particularly written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Access, Visio, Project) – ERP experience a plus but not required.
