Senior Director Client Reporting and Analytics

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Reporting & Insights to lead their customer-facing analytics and reporting function. This role focuses on translating data into actionable insights, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving growth. The position involves establishing reporting strategy, overseeing data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare reporting
• 8+ years of experience leading at the Director/Senior Director level
• Deep understanding of healthcare contracts, billing models, and B2B2C dynamics
• Proven track record of designing, scaling, and leading reporting functions
• Expertise in BI and visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Exceptional people leadership with experience building multi-level teams
• Strategic, customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
