Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Performance & Forecasting

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, portfolio performance analysis, and executive reporting across Europe and APAC. The role combines strong financial analysis with business partnering and executive storytelling.

Key responsibilities include financial planning & forecasting, performance reporting & business insights, and business partnering & decision support.

Requirements

• Three or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, transaction analysis, valuation, audit, or a related field;
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Ability to identify key business drivers, evaluate assumptions, and produce forward-looking analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint capability and the ability to develop clear, executive-ready presentations.
• Exposure to planning, reporting, or consolidation systems; Power BI, data visualization, data transformation, automation, or AI-enabled analysis is an asset.
