Marketing & Communications Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing & Communications Specialist is a creative, hands-on member of Omnia Healthcare Group’s Marketing & Communications team, helping advance marketing initiatives across Omnia and the healthcare brands they support.

What You Will Do

Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging social media content, develop written and visual content, create and coordinate print and digital marketing materials, and assist with photography and videography.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with team members, facility leaders, vendors, and other partners
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current social media content practices
• Comfort learning new platforms, software, technologies, and creative tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other graphic design software
• Graphic design experience and an understanding of basic design principles are a plus
• Photography and videography skills are a plus
• Experience with social media management, scheduling, website content management, email marketing, or digital marketing platforms is a plus
