Role Overview
The Marketing Campaign Operations Strategist will play a critical role in bringing demand generation and account-based marketing strategies to life. What You Will Do
The Marketing Campaign Operations Strategist will serve as the operational engine behind Omnicell’s multi-channel marketing programs by building, configuring, testing, and launching campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), translating go-to-market strategies into scalable Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) automation, and managing campaign deployment timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or demand generation execution
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) experience — required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM campaign and lead object relationships
- Demonstrated experience executing ABM and lifecycle email programs at scale in B2B environments
